- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry is non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
